What I Do
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusan tium doloremque.
As an Ethiopian visual artist and designer, I create art that bridges the traditional and the contemporary. My work is deeply inspired by my culture, the patterns found in nature, and the human form. I use a variety of mediums, with acrylic paint on canvas being my primary focus. Through my paintings, I aim to explore different techniques, styles, and color palettes, continuously pushing the boundaries of my creativity.
In addition to my visual artwork, I work as a freelance graphic designer, collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life through digital design. I also illustrate fashion concepts, merging my design sensibility with the vibrant aesthetic of the fashion world.
I believe art should speak both to the creator and the audience. Each piece I create is an invitation to see the world through my perspective, offering a fresh and unique outlook on the beauty and complexities of life.
